A flat-sharing website has created a league table of average yield in locations surrounding the top-ranked universities in the United Kingdom.
Using data from PropertyData, Ideal Flatmate looked at the average yields for areas surrounding the top 50 universities.
Top 10
StripeHomes Quayside View Studios would top the list with its 8% yields over the next five years.
